In the interest of maintaining tactical skills and enhancing officer safety, the L.A. Police Reserve Foundation (LAPRF) recently provided funding for two simunition firearms training classes (for up to 20 officers) that were held in October and November 2014, as well as produced a video that highlights the reserve officers’ continuing education. The video was screened at the Twice a Citizen banquet on April 11.
