The $2,000 Vocational Scholarship donated by Jeff and Heather Nocket and Todd and Cheryl Moore (with additional funding provided by Joe Wong) is available to LAPD reserve officers’ children or grandchildren through the Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation.
