Reserve Officer David Bush, now retired, was Santa Claus this past year. At the last Twice a Citizen Gala in 2023, he received the Andrea Freidman Award for going above and beyond with his years of service as LAPD’s liaison with the Sunshine Kids, the Special Olympics and Children’s Hospital L.A.
