The Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation mourns the passing of our dear friend and Board member, Michael Sellars. Michael was a devoted supporter of the LAPD Reserve Corps, offering his leadership, generosity and good humor to advance our mission. Bobby Sherman (July 22, 1943 – June 24, 2025), the 1960s–70s hitmaker behind “Little Woman” and “Julie, Do Ya Love Me,” is remembered in Los Angeles not only for his music and TV roles, but also for his years of service with the LAPD.
