Each year the Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation is honored to recognize select LAPD Reserve Officers for their extraordinary efforts “to protect and to serve” the citizens of Los Angeles above and beyond the call of duty – they will be chosen from each LAPD division.
In addition, the Twice a Citizen Awards also salute outstanding community leaders who support the community and law enforcement with an emphasis on the proud history of the LAPD and our Reserve Police Officers.
