A Glimpse of Reserve Corps History

By Reserve Officer Michael Sellars (Retired) on November 01, 2021 in News, The Rotator, Winter 2021

The LAPD Reserve Corps has a long, distinguished history, much of which is still to be documented. The Corps became an official part of the Department in 1947. These pictures from the late 1940s and early 1950s are from the files of retired Sergeant Bob Kellar, who ran reserve training for many years. Thank you, Sergeant Kellar!
